Dongxiu is a manufacturing group building export-ready vehicles, modified commercial builds, OEM-grade body parts and used-vehicle batches. Three plants — Kaifeng, Anhui and Shandong — run one quality system under IATF 16949.
Incoming material checks, in-process CMM and weld teardown, e-coat thickness mapping, and a final road and document audit before every container. Reports travel with the shipment.
Yes. Buyers are welcome in Kaifeng, Anhui and Shandong — we schedule line walks, lab visits and a look at the traceability records. Remote video audits work too.
Pilot batches start at one unit for evaluation. Batch supply typically ships in four to six weeks; modified builds are quoted per configuration. Exact dates are stated in every quotation.
We hold GCC, EAC and SONCAP market access and build to UN ECE regulations. Tell us your destination and we will quote the compliant configuration, with the paperwork to match.
